    I was not as crazy about these as I was about the other items I purchased. They definitely caused more nausea even on a full stomach and I did not get any of the hallucinations or the self-reflective experience that I was expecting. It’s possible that I did not take enough though. I don’t think the nausea was worth the high so in the future I’ll probably mix them with another type to counteract this. I crush them up and steep them in Twinnings Ginger Lemon tea. The lemon is supposed to heighten the effects and the ginger is supposed to lessen the stomach upset.

    I was a bit nervous to take these as it’s been a few years. The come up is always anxiety inducing for me and I did throw up a little. Then after 1.5 hours it started. WOW! We took a low dose of 1.5 grams each and laughed like we were children! I truly believe there is value in these for mental health. Suddenly everything I looked at and touched appeared new again – like I hadn’t seen it before even though I knew what it was. These mushrooms bring me as close as humanely possible to feeling the joy I felt as a five year old. I think every adult should do these at least 3 times a year to reset.
